Beauty Created: An Extension of The Beauty of Us

When I first started The Beauty of Us, I wanted to create a space for those like me. A place for self-discovery, reflection, and healing. As I continue to write and share pieces of my heart, I’ve realized just how powerful and meaningful it is to connect with others through creativity. That’s where Beauty Created began.

Beauty Created is an extension of this blog, but it’s also something I hold close as its own meaningful journey. It started with me doing something I love: crafting bracelets and painting small pieces of art, mainly as a way to calm my mind and express myself when I couldn’t in words. But as I looked at my finished pieces, though imperfect, I thought: what if this could brighten someone else’s day too?

That thought became a mission.

Through Beauty Created, I now share handmade bracelets, mini paintings, and handwritten notes with individuals who might need a small reminder of their strength and worth, especially patients in hospitals, women in shelters, and seniors in senior homes. I’m also working to sell some of my creations to raise money for causes I deeply care about, like those supporting women’s health, teen mental wellness, and community empowerment. Every piece is made with intention as a message of care, resilience, and hope.

I believe that when we create something from the heart, we’re not just expressing ourselves—we’re building bridges. And when that creation is shared with someone who’s struggling, it becomes more than just a bracelet or a painting. It becomes a reminder: you matter, and you are not alone.

As Beauty Created grows, I hope it inspires others to realize that even the smallest act of kindness can become something greater and the things you love to do can become something others can love as well. It doesn’t matter if it’s through art, words, or gestures, we all have the power to create beauty in each other and in the lives of others.
